Diet is fundamental in the well-being of the body and social life activities.
There is a common saying: you are what you eat.
Diet is considered for the aged, nursing mothers, babies, pregnant women, infertile men, and teenagers.
We can say that no living thing or age grade is left out on having a healthy diet plan.
Men yearning to raise a family or have kids should consider specific nutrition that can simulate sperm quality and counts.
A man is considered to have a low sperm count if he has less than 39 million sperm per ejaculation which is termed Oligospermia.
The food men intending to have a baby should avoid are:
• Heavy intake of alcohol which lowers sperm count.
• Consumption of processed meat. It affects sperm motility.
• High intake of dairy products and full-fat milk, they contain estrogen.
Eating habits can determine our well-being and productivity. We are encouraged by medical practitioners to eat right.
Looking young at old age starts from your youth. So, eat right!
