A man is considered to have a low sperm count if he has less than 39 million sperm per ejaculation which is termed Oligospermia.

The food men intending to have a baby should avoid are:

• Heavy intake of alcohol which lowers sperm count.
• Consumption of processed meat. It affects sperm motility.
• High intake of dairy products and full-fat milk, they contain estrogen.

Eating habits can determine our well-being and productivity. We are encouraged by medical practitioners to eat right.
